Refund & Cancellation Policy

IZVIR-A d.o.o. (FinPlan)

General Principle

Our services are billed based on work actually performed. This means payment is charged for a consultation already delivered, a financial plan already prepared, a report, or another agreed deliverable. Since the amount charged always corresponds to the work actually completed, services that have been fully delivered are not eligible for a refund.

Advance Payment

In certain cases (for example, when a new client engages us for the first time), an advance payment for a consultation may be required.

If the agreed service is not delivered — for example, if a suitable time for the consultation cannot be agreed with the client, or the consultation does not take place due to reasons on our side — the advance payment is refunded in full.

Rescheduling a Consultation

A client may request to reschedule the date or time of a consultation by notifying us at least 24 hours before the agreed time. In this case, the consultation is rescheduled to a new convenient time at no extra charge, and no refund process is needed.

What Is Not Refundable

If a consultation has taken place, or an agreed deliverable (financial plan, report, tax filing, etc.) has been prepared and delivered to the client, payment for that service is not refundable, as it reflects work already completed.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund of an advance payment for a service that was not delivered, please email [email protected], stating the payment date and the reason for your request. We review such requests within 5 business days and, once a refund is confirmed, we return the funds using the same payment method used for the original payment within 10 business days.

Cancellation by the Client

The client may discontinue the engagement at any time. Payment for services already delivered will not be refunded; any unused advance payment (if applicable) is refunded in accordance with the "Advance Payment" section above.

For the statutory withdrawal right, see the Terms & Conditions. Personal-data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
